REFUND

Your Meds is a website which acts only as an intermediary and markets and sells medications on behalf of US based pharmacies which are subject to state and federal laws. We are not able to take back the medications after they were dispatched. To protect the safety of our customers, the purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Your Meds will only provide a refund if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If there are any problems with your order please notify us ASAP by e-mail:support@E-MedsProviders.com. Your claims will be carefully studied and steps will be taken immediately to avoid such mistakes in the future.

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that if you would like a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We can not grant a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.
