group of patients have been trying out YOURmeds \u2013 a digital device that helps people take the right medication at the right time, while keeping pharmacy and care teams informed when extra support is needed.<\/p><p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"789\">The project is helping people stay independent, cut down on missed doses, and reduce unnecessary hospital visits. Missed doses and mistimed tablets were starting to affect her health and confidence.<\/p><p data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1364\">With YOURmeds, Nicola now gets clear reminders, can instantly check if she\u2019s taken her medication, and feels back in control.
