How YOURmeds works.
- You can set your medication schedule to fit around your daily life.
- When it’s time to take your meds a number will appear on the screen. Like bingo you match the number on the screen to the number on the pack, open the seal completely and take the medicines inside.
- 50 minutes before the medication round end time your pack will start to beep every 10 minutes. A new supporter is informed through the YOURmeds supporter app to remind you to take your medicines.
- The supporters can do an in app call and can see in real time on the app that you’ve accessed the right medication. They will also be alerted if you take the wrong one.

Answers to common questions.
Yes, we will need to renominate your prescription to one of our pharmacy partners.
Currently we don’t recommend that you use YOURmeds without a supporter network. Please leave your contact details as we are working with 3rd party partners who may be able to prompt you over the phone if you forget your medication.
The medication tray can currently only accommodate tablets, any liquids or creams will be provided outside of the pack for you to administer when required.
Absolutely! The device will be the same as monthly, the only difference is you will get your prescriptions 1 week at a time as opposed to 4 weeks at a time. If you wish to change the frequency of your prescriptions, please contact your GP.
Yes, however the electronic smart device is linked to UK time so it will alert at the same times you have set in the UK.
For example, if your smart device is set to alert at 9am UK time, and you travel to Spain which is 1 hour ahead, your smart device will alert you at 10am Spanish time, which is 9am UK time.
Notify us by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible. The support team will contact your pharmacy and confirm when your next prescription date is (when you are next due medication from the pharmacy), so that you can return to your previous method of dispense on that date – we will inform you of when this is. (insert the cancellation policy link maybe?).
