U kunt uw medicatieschema afstemmen op uw dagelijks leven.
Als het tijd is om je medicijnen in te nemen verschijnt er een nummer op het scherm. Net als bij bingo moet je het nummer op het scherm vergelijken met het nummer op het pakje, het zegel helemaal openen en de medicijnen innemen.
50 minuten voor de eindtijd van de medicatieronde begint uw pakje elke 10 minuten te piepen. Via de YOURmeds supporter app wordt een nieuwe supporter geïnformeerd om u eraan te herinneren uw medicijnen in te nemen.
De ondersteuners kunnen een in app gesprek doen en kunnen in real time op de app zien dat je de juiste medicatie hebt ingenomen. Ook worden ze gewaarschuwd als je de verkeerde inneemt.

How do I fill the medication trays?

Filling the packs is easy, load the tablets into the tray according to the schedule. Take the backing sheet off the back of the seal and apply over the top of the tray using the palm of your hand, sealing the medication in.

Why does YOURmeds have a fee?

It’s a smart medication management solution that gives you everything you need to make sure the right meds are taken at the right time. Increasing health outcomes and independence of the user and peace of mind for their loved ones. YOURmeds uses the latest technology and mobile communication to support you to take medicines correctly, we also pay the pharmacy to provide the service to fill the trays, that’s why there is a price difference if you self fill the trays yourself.

Do supporters have to have a subscription as well?

No, the fee includes the supporter app that allows you to have up to 5 supporters.

Do I need WiFi?

The Tag is the device with a screen you see attached to the top of the pack. This is where the alarm sound will come from, and number will appear on the screen. The tag uses mobile data, so does not need WiFi om te kunnen werken.

Welke medicijnen kunnen in het medicijnbakje?

Het medicijnbakje kan momenteel alleen tabletten bevatten; eventuele vloeistoffen of crèmes worden buiten het pakje verstrekt, zodat u ze indien nodig kunt toedienen.

Kan ik YOURmeds in het buitenland gebruiken?

Ja, maar het elektronische slimme apparaat is gekoppeld aan de Britse tijd, zodat het zal waarschuwen op dezelfde tijden die u in het Verenigd Koninkrijk hebt ingesteld.

Als uw slimme apparaat bijvoorbeeld is ingesteld om u om 9 uur Britse tijd te waarschuwen en u reist naar Spanje, dat 1 uur verder ligt, dan zal uw slimme apparaat u om 10 uur Spaanse tijd waarschuwen, wat 9 uur Britse tijd is.

Wat gebeurt er als ik de dienst wil opzeggen?

If you are on our Pharmacy-fill subscription the support team will contact your pharmacy and confirm when your next prescription date is (when you are next due medication from the pharmacy), so that you can return to your previous method of dispense on that date – we will inform you of when this is.
