Following a complete audit carried out by TEC Quality on behalf of the TSA, YOURmeds have successfully achieved the Quality Standards Framework (QSF) accreditation.

TSA’s Quality Standard Framework is a stamp of quality and safety for technology-enabled care services.

In a mostly unregulated industry, achieving a QSF certification is an excellent way of showing your service reaches the industry benchmark of safety and quality.

With the increasing use of TEC services and digital solutions by service users, carers and families, the need for quality is crucial to keep people safe.
