How YOURmeds Self-fill works.
- U kunt uw medicatieschema afstemmen op uw dagelijks leven.
- Als het tijd is om je medicijnen in te nemen verschijnt er een nummer op het scherm. Net als bij bingo moet je het nummer op het scherm vergelijken met het nummer op het pakje, het zegel helemaal openen en de medicijnen innemen.
- 50 minuten voor de eindtijd van de medicatieronde begint uw pakje elke 10 minuten te piepen. Via de YOURmeds supporter app wordt een nieuwe supporter geïnformeerd om u eraan te herinneren uw medicijnen in te nemen.
- De ondersteuners kunnen een in app gesprek doen en kunnen in real time op de app zien dat je de juiste medicatie hebt ingenomen. Ook worden ze gewaarschuwd als je de verkeerde inneemt.

Patiënten die YOURmeds gebruiken, blijven ermee werken en vinden het prettig. De 4 wekelijkse verpakkingen beperken hen niet als ze een week weg willen, dan kunnen ze YOURmeds meenemen. Met de cohort die YOURmeds gebruikt heb ik geen problemen gehad en ze zijn er zeker blij mee en ik zou het ze niet graag afnemen. Ik zou graag zien dat dit wordt uitgebreid naar een bredere gemeenschap, vooral naar mensen met langdurige aandoeningen.

Ik hou van de slimme blisterverpakking omdat het me laat weten wanneer ik mijn medicatie moet innemen, omdat mijn geheugen niet altijd het beste is. Het is een goed idee om mij eraan te herinneren, maar ook mijn vrienden die me helpen. Hierdoor kan ik mijn onafhankelijkheid meer behouden.

The Tag is the device with a screen you see attached to the top of the pack. This is where the alarm sound will come from, and number will appear on the screen. The tag uses mobile data, so does not need WiFi om te kunnen werken.

If you are on our Pharmacy-fill subscription the support team will contact your pharmacy and confirm when your next prescription date is (when you are next due medication from the pharmacy), so that you can return to your previous method of dispense on that date – we will inform you of when this is.
