Filling the packs is easy, load the tablets into the tray according to the schedule. Take the backing sheet off the back of the seal and apply over the top of the tray using the palm of your hand, sealing the medication in.
It’s a smart medication management solution that gives you everything you need to make sure the right meds are taken at the right time. Increasing health outcomes and independence of the user and peace of mind for their loved ones. YOURmeds uses the latest technology and mobile communication to support you to take medicines correctly, we also pay the pharmacy to provide the service to fill the trays, that’s why there is a price difference if you self fill the trays yourself.
No, the fee includes the supporter app that allows you to have up to 5 supporters.
The Tag is the device with a screen you see attached to the top of the pack. This is where the alarm sound will come from, and number will appear on the screen. The tag uses mobile data, so does not need WiFi om te kunnen werken.

If you are on our Pharmacy-fill subscription the support team will contact your pharmacy and confirm when your next prescription date is (when you are next due medication from the pharmacy), so that you can return to your previous method of dispense on that date – we will inform you of when this is.
