MobileCare Launch YOURmeds to Clients

MobileCare lanceert medicatie zelfregie met YOURmeds.

YOURmeds is trots op de geweldige samenwerking met onze Nederlandse partner MobileCare.  Vanaf maart dit jaar zijn wij opgenomen in hun pakket en nu een maand later al hebben we samen met Patrick Landsman ons model zo kunnen kneden en verfijnen dat onze slimme ‘advent medicijn kalender’  nu ook in volledig eigen beheer door cliënten en hun eigen netwerk gebruikt wordt. Hierbij wordt op onvergelijkbare wijze invulling gegeven aan Hybride medicatie aanrijking. Dit is een echt staaltje van behoud van zelfregie, verlaging van druk op de zorgketen én verbetering van zorg resultaat uitkomsten door een goede medicatie therapie trouwheid!
