Return Policy

Return policy: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, please contact us at support@yourmeds.net.  

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned equipment to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. .

If Goods are Damaged in Transit 

Please inspect your order as soon as you get it. You can contact us either via email at support@yourmeds.net or call us on 02392 470001 if any item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will deal with any defective equipment immediately.
